About Us

Behind El Mirador lies a story of family, hard work, and vision. El Mirador was born from the dream of the Zelaya family to transform the land they lovingly cared for over generations into a modern, sustainable, and vibrant development.

Our Story

For two generations, the Zelaya Estate was home to a thriving production of cheeses and dairy products led by Don Chepe Zelaya. With the support of workers from Estanzuelas, Don Chepe cared for 250 cows with dedication, turning the estate into a regional benchmark for quality. Some of the best cheeses in eastern El Salvador were produced here, and the Zelaya family name is still remembered with respect and affection by the community. Today, it is time to honor that legacy by transforming these lands into a project that Don Chepe would be proud of. El Mirador is born on that same estate, with the vision of bringing growth, jobs, and well-being to future generations in Estanzuelas.

Estanzuelas Today

Located in the department of Usulután, El Salvador, Estanzuelas is a municipality with an economy based on agriculture and fishing. The El Mirador project will add around 200 new residential lots, increasing the municipality's housing capacity by about 10%. Growth designed to blend harmoniously with the town's current way of life.
